Study Details
Many traditional treatments for Long-COVID symptoms like medications and physical therapy often have not worked. We intend to see if a new mind-body therapy will improve symptoms and quality of life.
What: This study is evaluating a mind-body approach to improving symptoms from Long COVID.
Free Study: There is no cost associated with the study, all materials will be provided.
The Intervention: Participants in the mind-body intervention will take part in a minimum of a nine-week course, involving 9-18 sessions, conducted virtually (remotely), which will focus on some mind-body techniques. The program will generally consist of the following: lectures on mind-body techniques, reading, and practicing mind-body techniques, which may include writing and some optional light movement exercises.
Funding: Philanthropic grant.
Eligibility: Those with lingering symptoms after COVID-19 are eligible to participate. Possible symptoms include chronic fatigue, difficulty breathing, brain fog, joint pain, muscle pain, and headaches.
Where: Classes will be held on a virtual platform.
This study is being run through Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School.
Who
To qualify for the study you must be between 18 and 65 years of age and have lingering symptoms after having COVID-19.
What
Participants will learn and practice various mind-body techniques aimed at alleviating symptoms.

Classes will be held on a virtual platform.

We aim to accommodate many schedules and offer treatment morning, afternoon, and evening.
